The chef's best friend in the kitchen

A sharp knife is a chef's best friend in the kitchen. In order to keep a good edge on your knife there are a couple of tips that you can employ.
  • Never store your knives in a drawer where they can rattle around against other knives and kitchenware.
  • Never use your knives to cut on glass, avoid glass cutting boards.
  • Keep your knives clean, but not in the dishwasher... clean them by hand.
Following these simple tips will keep your knives sharp so they are ready to work when you are.
