A better way to dress your salad

I tried a new method for dressing salad this weekend and was so pleased with it, I want to share it with all of you. I have a real pet peeve about salads that are either over or under dressed. I hate a dry salad and even more, one that is swimming in salad dressing.

Here is what I did... prepare all of your salad greens, wash and dry them well. Place your salad greens in a large bowl and rather than pour the dressing down over the top of your salad, pour the dressing around the outside of the bowl. Now you are ready to toss your salad. This method will insure that all of the greens get the same amount of dressing. It works amazingly well, give it a try.
